

Fushon’s non-profit sector TopHill Entertainment Inc. is a registered charitable non-profit, organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States. Our Fiscal Sponsorship Program allows non-commercial entertainment and media-related projects to apply for funding from foundations, corporations and government agencies that require non-profit status. Additionally, the program allows an organization to receive charitable deductible contributions from individuals.
The program is open to the Fushon Creative Network members only.
As your fiscal sponsor, you will come under the Fushon Creative Network umbrella. Fushon will accepts and administers contributions made to selected projects. Fushon is legally responsible for the funds received on behalf of fiscally-sponsored projects and must ensure that the funds are used for charitable activities, as agreed upon between the donor and recipient.
The Fushon Creative Network will not produce or fundraise for individual projects. Fushon is not obligated to provide grants or do research for individual project funding, and is not a guarantee of distribution.
Eligibility Requirements

Projects must start and end within Fushon’s tax fiscal year Jan-Dec.

The project must be a non-commercial entertainment/media project or event.

The Project Director must be a U.S. citizen, have a Social Security or Federal ID number.

The Project Director must be a member of the Fushon Creative Network.
